In close collaboration with Lies Kleist, who is known for her exquisite home cooking, we created and developed a new snack for the mainstream market. As its new and still unknown the stand out packaging and overall communication is crucial. We investigated the target audience to know how to appeal to them and introduce a new snack habit. We looked into mass production, where are our buyers, how can we normalize rissoles as an easy snack or even meal.
