An introduction to the people.
We recognized an upcoming trend in Tex Mex food. However saw a local Tex Mex restaurant suffering and barely making ends meet. A strong marketing plan,
with a 360˚ approach combined with a clear brand identity and visual attractiveness, we definitely succeeded in introducing Tex Mex, a combination of American and Mexican orientated street food approach, to the general public. What started as a pilot store in a challenging environment, became a succes and grew to a franchise ready concept.
After some research we ordered the design of the patron saint Guadeloupe art work, the unique wall paper design, restaurant signs and merchandise to be developed and placed in every location to create unity in a strong and inviting atmosphere. Campaigns and incentives were produced to attract especially families. The complete Bobs Tex Mex concept is owned by the Ignjat Miletic Company is available for acquisition.
Starting in the beginning of 2019 we can see the build up of advertisement and communication leading to a steady sales growth trough the brand website without third party online digital sales networks. With a high point in may (handing out flyers in the city centre by hand) and august (targeted campaign) and a small expected dip during the summer holidays.
A small budget, two week campaign in august, released trough social media supported by handing out flyers in selected local area codes and Abri advertisements on two hot spots resulted in a strong sales increase.
